Charged but didnt ship

I requested items about the 1/1, they charged by bank card 1/3 and not delivered item. After I approached the organization they delivered a couple of hours later. The publicized the purchases might procedure and ship within 72 hours of purchase. The reasonable credit Payment Act claims it's illegitimate to not deliver within publicized period of time unless mentioned with regards to purchase.
