We moved into some condos that apparently had two hoa's. We lived there for over a year and never heard anything about it until our pool key stopped working. We called and were informed that we were in collection to them for a mass amount of money, they said they sent us letters, only we never got them, in fact the title was never changed they still had the previous owners names listed and they say we have to pay them this money.
