Ordered trial for $5.95. Credit card charged 11/18/2100; credit card billed $98.16 12/6; this slipped by unnoticed; credit card billed $98.16 1/4. Called company's 800 number, gave details to telephone answering person, who then said she had to refer our call to a supervisor; the supervisor never answered and the call was disconnected. Contacted credit card company to report incident and stop all future payments. Returning product as soon as we can get an RMA number from the company.
