I saw infomercial for free trial of product just pay for s/h 4.95 but 4.95 and 89.95 was charged to my credit card. Less than 1 week after receiving trial product they charged my card 89.95 I called and was told to try the product was free but the product itself was not free and I had to pay for it they also told me I couldn't cancel future shipments. A rep for my credit card co. Was on the line in a 3 way call and heard the conversation. I requested to talk with a dermapure supervisor but the dermapure Rep refused until the credit card Rep demanded that a supervisor finally after demanding that be removed from receiving their product in future shipments and was given a cancellation confirmation no. But would not credit back the 89.95 which was unauthorized.
