SVC Again ripped off, with charges I did not expect

Noticed a $79.95 charge for nothing I had ordered with out me being contacted. It showed up in credit card bill. When calling the tool FREE number, they refused to give me mailing address or any details without credit card number and/or social security number. I refused to give out credit card but did decide to give social security number, but they said no account was listed. I then asked why was I billed and she said without credit card number she could not look that up. Said she was in Orange California, but would not give out zip code or mailing address. I then called my credit company and they said only thing they could do is to change my account number on my credit card to stop any future automatic payments being dedecuted and then they also would issue a charge back against this company. Not sure I'll ever see this money back, but something NEEDS to be done to prevent ripoff like this.
