I ordered a FREE TRIAL of face cream and the shipping I paid with my credit card, the shipping charge was 4.95. No problem I agreed to pay that amount. 4.95 was charged to my account on 4/17. On 4/28 92.85 was charged to my credit card. I immediately called my credit card company, they told me I could dispute the charge when it was posted. The charge was pending at the time of my call. I just paid my credit card bill, Im only 20 and I am trying to establish good credit. I dont overextend my credit. Are they tryin to ruin me!!! I plan my finances very carefully so I dont make any mistakes or end up in debt! The credit card company gave me a telephone number to call to speak with the company directly for help... Big surprise the number doesnt work! I dont know what to do. I have never had a credit card before or guidance with credit. Please help.
