Propertywikia well they are so plausible that they get you hook line and sinker. I discovered that they get out of pay out the £100. Pk by letting you waste your time jumping through there hoops and completing the forms over and over again, when hey presto you are accepted and put on the sale list, told that if they have not sold in 12 weeks the will pay out £100. Per week until it is sold. Now just sit back and relax!!! Well for 2 weeks any way, next thing is you have to do a "Security check" so its back to the forms, only this time you complete the forms and get a prompt saying "Sorry your data is incorrect", so on there recommendation you E-mail them with the information requested, Five attempts later they get the agent to say to try again so I did, and as of yet I have not had any communication from them at all. I have removed my property as they are a waste of time.
I would advise anyone thinking of using this company for any reason BEWARE!!!
