This letter states that "As the economy has placed challenges on consumers everywhere, this is our special program to show appreciation for purchases made this past year by valued customers like you." It has a Rebate/Redemption Check attached to be initialed, and elsewhere I was to choose 2 of 4 luxury items as long as I enclosed a receipt of any kind. I requested a garnet anniversary ring (strange it didn't ask for ring size) and a garnet dangle bracelet. The redemption check I returned showed a value of $783. I finally wrote them a letter that I'd never received the items on 5-9-11. I requested the promised items or a refund. I have never heard from them.
