I ordered a garnet ring an a gold necklace from gemstv. The necklace looked nothing like the one on tv. I was totally dissatisfied so i returned it in a timely fashion (you have 30 days to get the items back to their warehouse) When I called to check on my refund the customer service rep told me the system shows the estimated date of delivery to them was several days away and by that time my 30 days would be up and therefore I would be ineligible for a refund. Then she refused to let me speak to a supervisor.

I think if UPS tells them they have the pkg and will deliver it in a few days, that should be enough evidence that I returned it in the allotted time therefore securing my refund. They are already racking up selling "gems" do the have to be rip off artists too?
