Broken parts replacement - Kool-Vue Mirrors

I wish I had checked this site before ordering from Parts Train. I order 2 extended towing mirrors (about $550) for my Chevy 3500 Express service van and one arrived damaged in shipment due to poor packaging (shipped the mirror with the glass laying flat on the bottom of the box - who would guess). It has been 2 months of constant calls and today found out that NOT ONE of the requests for a replacement had ever been processed. Now I find out that the mirror is no longer available (I guess I purchased the only two in the world) so I start a year of battling for a refund.
