Read that closely: your picture, is owned by them when you submit it, and they can sub-license (sell your picture to anybody) it. They are also allowed to modify it, and incorporate it in other works (like find your picture as a dating bot on another website).

Just wanted to warn any men and women out there that by posting a pic your giving them the legal right to take that picture and do whatever they want with it.
