Ad service at the dmv

Went in to get licensce with a friend got picture taken look at picture, terrible picture. Went back into the dmv ask for another picture. Said have to come back when the supervisor was their to get permissionl. Came back a little later and was still denied a retake on picture. After all the hard work getting the license taking the test, taking the driving test and passing then paying for the license and not able to get your license retaken? This seems rediculues to me? They were busy it was a Monday but they could have said come back when less busy or it was maybe cause I growled at them? But it seems to me since we're paying for a public service consideration could have been made? I've seen them accommdate others before with this same problem. Also I've had the same problem happen to me before. I some times get bad pictures because of my double chin in Spokane you get a choice of two pictures why not in Couer d Alene? It seems to me this is unfair and somthing needs to be done.
