Fake Fingernail in Soup!

I was eating a bowl of New England Clam Chowder from the can i heated up. I felt something hard in my mouth after a couple bites. When I spit it out, it was a dark brown fake fingernail! It was disgusting and I hope that Progresso takes some action to fix this.
