Something crunch in my Pot Roast soup

This incident occurred on April 27 but your form will not allow me to post anything past 2012.

I poured a can of your Pot Roast soup into a bowl directly from the can, heated it up, and began eating. After about 3 minutes or so, I felt something crunchy and hard as I took a bite that undoubtedly was in the soup itself. I was not able to find out exactly what it was, but I did not eat any more of the soup after this as it was both unnerving and unsettling.
