Half Inch Glass Chunk Found in Soup Bought at Sam's Club

I am a fan of Progresso soup since a while now and I was eating it and found a big chunk of glass in my mouth that was a half inch long and quarter inch thick. I bought it from Sam's Club and please do not buy it. I called Progresso and complained about it.
