I ordered a pair of Ugg boots for my daughters xmas present. The payment of £52.79 was taken from my account immediately. I received a confirmation email for the order but have heard nothing since. It was also linked with another site shoponlinestore@163.com I have also emailed them but again had no response. I am extremely angry about this
