I ordered boots and it was taking a long time. I emailed the company who responded 12/21 that "they are still customizing and as Xmas holiday is coming soon their stock are very limited. We will ship them out ASAP once they have been done in a couple days.". On 12/28 they sent an email with a tracking number that does not work. On 12/30 I sent email asking for order to be cancelled. No response. 1/10 I sent another email asking status. I'll be contacting my bank tomorrow as they already billed my card. Scam!!
