I had ordered 2 pairs of UGG boots for my daughters main Christmas present from www.winter-trend.com. My payment of $168 cleared my bank account on 28th November and was paid to a company called The Beauty Room. I received an email from www.fashionpay.com thanking me for my order. I had an e mail to say that shipping would normally take 5-8 days.
Since then I have sent numerous e mails asking where my order is but I havent had any replies and no boots have been delivered.
What can I do and where do I stand?
