I ordered my husband a pair of UGG shoes for $105.40 on Jan. 12th from a website named winter-boots-uk.com. I received an email shortly after ordering from www.fashionpay.com explaining that they would be processing my payment and if I had any complaints or questions to email them at service1@fashionpay.com

To say the least, the cost of the shoes weren't $105.40 as I discovered when I checked my bank account. They took $109.84 instead. I have tried to contact them through e-mails with no response. When I logged into my account with winter boots, it told me that my account didn't exist! I again tried logging into the winter boots website, it is now GONE! Doesn't exist.

I have since gone to my bank to dispute them taking my money and they are looking forward to taking care of this.
