Damaged rug made to pay shipping

After investing in a rug which organization marketed as readily available for discount was billed entire cost and informed discount was not for this carpet. It arrived and was severely broken I got images and approached them. They explained that rug was examined before provide sent, however harm was so poor that I needed to ensure that it had beennot resold. I bought from organization in Nj but due to broken needed to deliver it to Florida. However after I named organization they stated that they found no harm. I than resent pictures which confirmed openings and ripped yan from places and broken outside presentation and dark spots on rug. They've a Carpets Primary around near me and may simply have fallen down in the nearby shop or one in Nj. I requested thr organization to photograph the carpet I delivered abd send me pictures. I'd obtained a larfe bit of plastic a-d mounted on back of carpet with my tackle, along side pictures and sequential amount of rug which obviously might determine precise carpet. They stated that carpet had been resold because they found no harm. Their isn't any method the large bit of plastic mounted on back of carpet and serious harm that it may be resold.

I'd to pay for over $150 to possess carpet delivered to Florida. They'd not pay me back.

When they didnot examine my carpet I delivered back, you realize they didnot examine carpets just before being sent. Unfortunately another person may complain about that carpet and result in the exact same scenario. I'll publish pictures as required.
