Started the whole thing in March. Was assured that I was indeed guaranteed a reduction. Paid $2998.00 Sent demand letters to send out. Ruby Price was counselor then a Niki Price. I had gone online to check them out and didn't see any bad things about them. I would have never given them any money if I had. When I called this morning (12-19-11) automated message said phone not in service at this time. All last week when I called no one ever picked up always went to voice mail.
