Similar to everyone else I received a letter then called the 800 number. I spoke with Derrick who said that he could modify my loan and get me a 2% rate. He even gave me the listing for BBB. I dealt with Ruby on a bi-weekly basis and she said it takes time. Then I received the following email

To suspend operations, making us unable to perform any further services on your file.
