Dealer rater allows ANYONE that has visited a dealership to post their experience on their website. Naturally, there will be nothing but derogatory information posted. BUT, if you sign up with them as a dealer participant, which means you have to pay a HUGE membership fee, they afford you the opportunity to arbitrate the complaint, with a time constraint, so therefore, if the problem has not been resolved within a short amount of time, you're screwed! If you own a dealership, don't sign up, because you will get screwed anyway.
Its funny how people can just post whatever they want without recourse, and DEALER RATER reaps the financial rewards.
