Ray Catena dealership Of Edison Royally screwed... Oops, meant sued by Ray Catena Car dealership selling Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Infinity, Lexus, Jaguar

A few months ago, after visiting Ray Catena dealership in Edison, I trade in an S430 which had a salvage title (I was aware of it and bought it like that) but no one ever told me that I could not sell it like that. For 3 days we negotiated a trade-in price and a new S350... During that time the salesman (great guy) never asked me anything about the title of the car.

We put everything in writing and you know... Sign here... Sign there... That's your payment... Sign, sign, sign and never read what I signed (you know, the little letters... If they where so honest they'd make them BIGGER and BOLD) well I got screwed.

Three weeks later they sold the car at auction and they did a Carfax and found out the title defect. (At the time I didn't know that salvage was a defect... Today I am becoming an expert in the matter) Ray Catena, instead of pulling out the car, they let it go for $12,000.00 less, they say, now I am being sued for that amount plus all kinds of fees.

Personally I got Royally Screwed and Ray Catena gets a big tax write-off plus all kinds of legal expenses for the company.

I am happy to find your site, where I am able to let everyone know about this dealer and make known, read what you sign and thank God for the Starledger, it comes out every day, sites like this, channel 5 and channel 7.

I am on a crusade to let everyone know about this dealership (Ray Catena) and other like this.
