Hi my name is Johan. The reason for my e-mail is to tell you about my problem and hope you can help. I purchased a vehicle in 5 since that time my car has gone back to the dealership four different times with a problem they seem not to fix.

Today 10/19 was the fourth time I brought my car to the dealer and when I was there I was treated like a criminal by the service manager. Let me just say that I have never expierenced such disrespect from anyone in my life especially someone I was doing business with.

Anyhow I waited for the owner so that I could speak to him about my car problem and to demand a safe car as apposed to a lemon. When the owner got to the dealership he to was extremely nasty and out of line telling me to appologize to the man he claims was being nice and i assure you he wasn't.

As I tried to explain my side of the story he dismissed me and told me to get off property and never return because he was not going to help me with my car problem. So naturally I left.
Till this day my car remains unsafe and it is not drivable.

In the time I have owned this car the dealer has had it a total of 2 months for all the repairs that were never done correctly or at all. I am a single mother and I am so afraid to have my child in the car due to the unsafeness of the vehicle.
