They took out £67.70 for a membership fee, i never even agreed too! Thry are just a big scam! I have rung up, quite upset... The lady on the phone said to write a letter into to them (which i have) stating your details and your complaint and they will issue you a refund! I am currently waiting for a manager to call me back. This is disgusting how they can just take money from people! I sent my letter in a week ago (1 class) and they say they still havent got it! Chatting abit off poo i think!!
