Complaints

First of all, I'm really upset about how impossible it is to complain. I called CERTEGY the company the sales clerk told me to call to complain, and was disconnected after a 10 minute hassle. Then I call 1 800 Target but the service department is closed. Then I call the local store, and they can't give me an address to even send a complaint to.

MY check wasn't accepted today, and this was embarrassing because I was in line behind my son's basketball coach. So now I look like some poor bad check passing loser!!! This is outrageous because I have never written a bad check and had plenty of funds to cover the amount the check was written for. F-U, Target.
