Miscellaneous

I initially got a call to sign-up for a 65-store mall. The original cost was $399.00. Then, I got another call once they got my $399.00 saying that they were going to design a program to allow me to earn the additional income I was looking for and that they would provide weekly assistance and guidance with the establishment of my business. I told them that I wanted to earn between $2,000 and $3,000 per month. They said that they would that was very realistic and said that it would cost me an additional $4,100.00 to cover the cost of setting up my back office, advertising, web site development and maintenance, etc. After several weeks went by and having several useless conversations with an Alexandra Day, I realized I was getting nowhere and had probably been scammed. I reversed the charges on my credit card and filed a complaint with my credit card company. Another few weeks went by and it began to get more and more difficult to get in touch with Ms. Day. Finally, I got a call from a Nicole Hopwood who was from another arm of web media that develops blogs to advertise for web media clients I guess. She told me that they were having trouble with the office that I was dealing with and that if I wanted to give her a try, she would pull my file and bring it to her office and revive my investment. I realized that I was not going to win the claim with my credit card company because their contract requires that you submit a request for a full refund within 3 days. Well, three days is not near long enough to evaluate their services. Without much choice, I decided to give Nicole Hopwood a chance to earn my trust. That was about 2 months ago. I still have absolutely nothing to show for my investment and Ms. Hopwood has stopped returning my telephone calls and emails. Lesson learned... Maybe we all should start a class action lawsuit against this company.
