Ripped off and NO refund! Ripoff

Hello All,

My story is the same as everyone else on here. I got a call in July about a $8000 Mastercard w / no interest. After 90 minutes on the phone asking every question possible. I decided to let them have my $349. After four weeks of not getting a card ant then being told I did not purchase a card BUT a list to apply for a card.

I demanded a refund. I was told 30 business days. Well 30 business days have come and gone it is now April. I keep getting the same BS about my account is not updated and call back. Until today when I called and they said my account was updated and I got my refund in Feb. 2006

Now they want me to fax bank statements to prove I did not get a refund. Enough is enough its time for these people to go to prison. This is fraud at its finest. The reason they keep giving out crap excuses is to earn interest on your money until they decide to give it back.

I have filed with the FBI and my State's Attorney General. Please go to fbi. Gov to filed your claim and contact your Attorney General. I am willing to be apart of any class action lawsuit, go to the Media, etc. I dont want my money any more I want justice.

I work too hard for my money to let these crooks take it. If everyone on this site files with the FBI, the FBI will have no choice but to speed up the investigation. So please file, we can put these people in prison if we work together. I will give an update as now I will be calling everyday to check on my refund!
