I was in and out of town traveling and hadn't balanced my check book in a while. I sat down to do it today and noticed a charge for 16.99 that I didn't remember making. Which was weird, because I checked my balance first thing that morning, and my account had processed all the transactions. Then I sit down and see a new one in progress that I didn't make that day? Grrrrr...

Looking back, they charged me on the same day in November, too, only I was running around so much, I didn't catch it. I'm on the hunt to block them and figure out how to get my money back. So angry!!
