I have a complant about Madison In. Tire & lube Express Center. I bought my tires some where else, they said that was ok. I ask them if they could mount aluminum wheels with stick on weights, they said yes. I made a app. For 12/02 at 8:00 am. I told the lady at the deck where the key for my wheels was at, she wrote it on the work order. I was looking thow the waiting room window when i saw the worker going threw my truck. (all four doors). I ask the lady at desk what was he doing, (she ask him), he said he could not find wheel key. She ask me to tell him where it was, I said its on the work order, in the cup holder in center console.

They put my truck on the lift and stretched the suspension all the way out. It took two men 35 mins, to get the frist tire just off the rim. They have rubber ends for tire tools but they took them off so now i have marks in my wheels where he kept droping the tool on the wheels. No stick on weights, all chip on, on alm, wheels? When they got done 2 hours later, my truck would not start, they left a door ajar so lights stayed on running battery down (old trick). They tried to sell me a new one. The jump box they had would not jump it, i took them to jump it off a new one i was told we do not have jumper cables, i used my cables. When i paid the bill i was told since i had my own valve stems there would no charge for takeing my old tires they charge me $6.00 witch i got back the next day. Did not put all the chrome valve caps on. Now with the way the truck was picked up i am having front end problems. I have four trucks four cars, in the passed i have got all my oil, filters from Walmart but not no more. I will tell all my friends this.
