Gardendale - ALBig 10 Tires Damaged Vehicle Wheels

My truck wheels were damaged just having the tires rotated. They scratched the all four wheels and chipped the center cap that covers the wheel lugs.

The store and the company don't train their employees. I contacted them by computer email from their web site and received a phone call. I took my truck back to show them the damage and the guy only looked at ONE WHEEL, not all four. He told me that happens when they remove the center cap. WRONG! My truck is a 2005 model and they did the damage in Jan. They make rubber tipped tools to pry center caps from wheels.

I will never buy anything from them again and I'll tell my friends, family and community not to buy from Big 10. I've bought several sets of tires from them in the past, but never again. Maybe they're the next company going bankrupt!

I was very dissapointed becuase it was poor service, the store didn't care about the fact they damaged my wheels and didn't even look at all four wheels.

Go to Firestone or Goodyear!
