I forwarded the following email to Larry, a representative for Whitening Brites

I did not overlook the terms and conditions. Did you not look at the attachment I forwarded? I sent an e-mail to the company canceling the product BEFORE the 15 day cancellation date. The 2nd e-mail I send to the company was because I received NO response to the first e-mail. When I sent the 2nd e-mail [after the 15 day period] is when the company send me 2 e-mail response back. I never received a response to my 1st e-mail to the company. I have attached copies again for your review.

Yesterday, 6/18, I received another package from Whitening brites after I had cancelled my order. I called the 888-246-2140 and mentioned that I had cancelled the order. The consultant said that she would cancel; however, this order was sent out before I had cancelled within the 15 day period. She suggested that I go on line and email you.

I have enclosed my e-mails and Whiteningbrites response regarding the cancellation. Please note I send in two (2) e-mails because after the first e-mail, I tried to call to confirm the cancellation, but missed the business hour so I sent the 2nd e-mail and received two (2) confirmation e-mails. I would like to be reimbursed the $88.97 that was deducted from my account.

I cancelled the order because I have not had a chance to even try the product, nor did I receive any instruction with it the kit and before I make the financial commitment, I would like to see if it works for me. Please advise regarding next steps.
