They commited fraud i only ordered one thing and they run it up to $400.00 and then had the nerve to tell me i would have to weight 3 business days to return the money cause i told them to cancel

I seen a new devise that doesnt have to be pluged in to the computer and it was only 70 dollars when i called my bank they had run it up to 400 dollars in extra charges so i canceled my credit card and they still pulled the money out and said i would have to weight 3 buisness days when I talked to the rep i asked her why are you hiding your adress and she put me on hold and then came back on and told me what the address was they knew i was on to them i asked for a confirmation that they going to redeposit the money and she would not doit not even a chance to talk to a manager i spent hours waiting for them to answer me.
