Magic Jack
Magic Jack sucks!

Used magic jack for 2 years and mostly ok. NWe have now spent 14 hours on what Magic Jack calls LIVE HELP. It's nothing more than typing chat. You can't get hold of a real person if you try. We have used MJ for the last 2 years and except for the occasional problem, have been pretty satisfied, but no more. As of a week ago we can't make a call that the person on the other end can hear us. They say it's all garbled, a lot of static and every other word is dropped.

We have spent 14 hours on 3 different days and all they have done is screw up our computer by telling us to go here and click on this and that. Now we can't even get our magic jack up and make a call without it immediately putting the call on hold.
This is the worst customer service of anything we have ever had to deal with.

We had just signed up for 5 years and they don't give a crap that we can't make calls.
A friend brought their mj over and we plugged it into our computer and our calls were heard fine.
We have told them that our MJ unit is bad and they don't want to replace it. Ow person on othe
