Purchaser responded to a "for sale" add on Craigslist, but could only pay by PayPal because he claimed to be an oceanographer who did not have access to his money and required a PayPal account set up. They quicky sent the money to PayPal but the amount was way over the amount agreed upon. Then an email came instructing send $ to Western Union right away. Once the money was sent to Western Union the money sent to Pay Pal would be available. PayPal confirmed this person never had an account with them. This was a scam!
