Ordered the software was told to call a phone number to activate. I called and was told that i needed to turn control of my computer over to this bearly english speaking person. I reluctantley did, he scanned it and told me that the software would not help my problem. He told me that for $200.00 that they could have a microsoft tech. Repair it and he kept pushing me to do it. Finally refused and asked for a refund on my credit card. He gave me a phone number of 1-800-596-7408 and that gets you no body except a recording that sends you to various websites that get you nowhere.
