I paid for unlimited wireless service for 30 days and was turned off after 14 days for excessive use! After 16 hours on the phone thanksgiving weekend just trying to get to c.S. I was done and will take my loyal business to someplace who appreciates me. I am confused if it is unlimited what is excessive use! Thank you
