Found an ad for a Bullterrier puppy for $250 dollars, said he was joining the peace corps and didnt have time for the dog. Asked that all I pay is shipping costs, and I via Western Union, not thinking or researching in to this at all, and now they want me to send them $980 dollars for insurance on the dog and said my money was non refundable. They said they were out of Victoria, Cameroon, and now I havent heard from them at all.
