Bulldog puppy scam

My boyfriend and I responded to an ad about a free bulldog puppy. The lady, Gloria, responded with an email saying that she had to move to cameroon for research and needed a good home for her bulldog shelly. After a couple of emails, we decided to move forward with getting the puppy.
We were then contacted by, what we thought was the cameroon airlines. Camair International is even the title of the email address. They proceeded to tell us that they needed $180 for shipping and that we can only wire the money through western union or a money gram. So we sent the money, and then quite a few hours later, we got another email stating that they need $310 for insurance papers in order for the puppy to enter the united states.
This went over a 2 day period. It took them a very long time to email us back when we were email them, and they would never give us flight information. They claimed that the money for the insurance papers would be totally refundable. They gave us a claim number for it.
We started getting really weary about things, especially when we got an email at about 6 saying the puppy was in France getting ready to be shipped, and then about 4 hours later, we got an email saying the puppy was at the airport waiting to be picked up. We called the airport and gave them the parcel number, and they informed us that we had been scammed.
The good news is that we got the $310 back before they could pick it up. The bad news is that they took the $180, and we don't have the puppy. These people deserve to be arrested. It is terrible what they are doing. I have all of the emails from them, and I plan on going to the authorities with them.

These people need to be stopped!
