I purchased a copy of the Witcher 2 from a website called "Intkeys". Their claim is you will receive an e-mail containing a digital key to activate/download your game within 24 hours of your purchase and get a 10% discount if those conditions are not met. Well not only have they not delivered the game they now accuse me of trying to scam them. Their claim is I received the key within 10 hours of purchase, and therefor they will not issue a refund. This is entirely untrue and whenever I brought up my situation to a support rep I was told to be more patient and that I have no right to file any type of dispute with pay-pal due to the seller always winning when it comes to in-tangible items. For the skeptic please visit their site and enter their English support chat and take note of how many people our in the same boat as I am.in my experience this website is a full fledged scam with made up customer reviews proclaiming their quality and honesty of service.
