I purchased XCOM Enemy Unknown on 10/21 - the game was on backorder but it says it will be back in stock on 10/27. That day comes and goes and I have received absolutely no update on when I will receive my game.

I've tried contacting the company using the "Contact Us" link on their webpage - 3 inquiries and no response.

I've tried messaging the company on Facebook - still no response.

I've tried sending them a tweet through Twitter - also no response.

I don't know how else I can possibly try to reach the company.

I am planning to call my credit card company to file a chargeback.

Before you purchase anything from Intkeys, please google "Intkeys complaints" and you will get tons of stories like mine. Yes - it looks like they do have some satisfied customers but why risk it when you can go to another competitor that will actually answer e-mails? IF you read other complaints, you will see there are tons of cases where they send out keys that have already been redeemed or that don't work. I just wish I did more research before purchasing from this company. If there is ANY problem with your order, you will get absolutely no support from the company.

DO NOT make the same mistake as I did and DO NOT give your business to them.
