I ordered 2 pairs of Ugg boots on Nov 2nd 2011. They took ages to arrive but the company sent me a tracking number, assured me via several e mail that they had been dispatched and would duly arrive. When they arrived one pair was the wrong style and damaged and the other pair was a shoddy inferior quality with what looked like fake bluey fur lining. I was so disappointed as the 3 other pairs I had ordered in Sept were lovely.
I e mailed the company and got no response which surprised me as they had responded immediately when I had previously asked if their products were genuine! They had assured me they were!!!
I have e mailed several times now with no response. Thankfully I had paid by Barclaycard who have not taken payment from me for the boots and are investigating this on my behalf. It seems that although I both the orders I placed with Uggooduk.com are coming from different factories!!! What a huge counterfeit set-up this must be!!!
