I purchased boots and gloves they have just arrived 11 Oct the gloves are OK but the boots are quiet clearly not right differences such as colour, logo the fur on them is awful I have contacted them but had No reply. I am also trying to go through the third party payment institution

I wish I had seen the other notices on your sight first
