My mother ordered a pair of ugg boots from this site and they then sent her an email saying that her card had failed and would she like to make payment with another card. So my mother ignored the email and then 2 pairs of ugg boots turned up on her door and her account was debited by £700. She has tried to contact the company as the 2 pairs of boots are fake and not genuine and most importantly because 2 pairs of fake fucking ugg boots don't cost £700
