When you order off tv, there are several companies taking these calls and most work from home. They follow a script. There's always additional charges, it's all a scam. Buy one get one free? Yeah then pay $10 shipping on the free one. Then they try to get you to buy more for what they say is a deal. I know, I used to take these calls from home. I wasn't happy with it because I'm an honest person and I knew it was a rip off. I eventually took calls for an injectable drug only, which really helped people even though the pay wasn't as good. Try buying a set of knives you see on tv all the time. They advertise cheap but the shipping is triple the cost of the knives. They get their money one way or another. Then chanrge extra for the knife holder. If you say no they will offer it at a discount! Ha! Then no again and they will send it for free and bill you only if you want to keep it. When ordering have questions ready, get a phone number to the company. Always say no at least twice to get the best bargain. They will go on and on w/the selling. The only way to get your order processed without spending 30 min's on the phone is to say "I'll cancel the order if you offer me one more thing" that is the only way we could get away without following though all the offers.
