Overcharged - fraud

I placed an on-line order for the buy one-get one free OZITECH knife sharpener plus shipping for each one. The total should have been in the neighborhood of $35. On April 8, I was charged $85.74. When I talked to Customer Service, I was told I ordered a set of knives for $29.90 with a shipping cost of $20. I did not order the knives and I believe they are being fraudulently sent to me because I did not give them an email address for confirmation. If I return them "Refused" I will not receive credit back for the shipping - THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!!
