We have (5) phones w/T-mobile - family account. Two of our phones were hit with this $9.99 charge on our recent billing. I goolgled the info on the bill and found I supposedly signed up to receive a text quotes. I did not such thing and did not respond to any text message - neither did the other phone. How can anyone company get away with this??? T-mobile better remove this! This is ridiculous that anyone has the opportunity to even get away with such a thing!!!
