Have not received Jacket ordered 11/26/10

I have placed 2 phone calls and 3 e-mails to the company and have yet to receive a response as to the status of my order.

I orders a jacket as a Christmas gift for my son. I did recive an e-mail stating that the jacket was back ordered and should be in the warehouse in 2-3 days on 12/1/10. As of yet, I have not had any update as to shipment status dispite repeated e-mails and calls.

Please let me know if this has been shipped or if I need to cancel the order. The order number is 31601
