I answered an ad on Craigs List wherein Park Central promised to provide 2-4 appointments daily for their reps in the field. They said theyd been in biz for 15 yrs.in fact, its less than 2 yrs.in 3 wks, they ref me to approx 50 business whom they claimed to have made appts with who were waiting to see me. Not ONE of those people ever HEARD of PC or me. I walked in to people who had no idea I was coming or who we were.
This co. Makes ph. Calls to businesses and if anybody answers, they send a rep out. No appt is ever made. The internet is fraught with complaints fm people who went to work for PC and never got a single verifiable appt. I am a seasoned sales pro with 40 yrs exper. I know a scam when I see one. And this is a SCAM. They have merchants fill out and sign blank contracts and then change the numbers later. (bait and switch] they just hire everybody who applies and pass out these phony appts hoping to get lucky when the rep shows up. I made one sale in 3 weeks and they told the customer so many lies that when I went to activate the required equipment, I decided just to pick up the equip and cancelled the sale. I forfeited the commission, but saved the client from getting ripped off! Altho this is a commission job, I want to be reimbursed for my time and expenses incurred while chasing this phony rainbow. They wasted my time and cost me money. I pd my own expenses and made NOTHING for 3 weeks of hard work.
